SONIGait was ranked second place at this years MTD Innovation Awards for being one of the foremost innovative research and development projects in the Austrian Health Field!  The SONIGait Project develops a shoe insole, which sonifies a participant’s gait parameters. The participants receive real-time auditory information through headphones regarding whether the forces they are applying during the ankle-foot roll over process of gait are symmetrical or asymmetrical.
